Saluting Hollywood's Comedy Clique

Today we launched an updated Frat Pack Tribute website. Based on WordPress, the blog platform will significantly increase the participation from our correspondents and should make it easier for our posts to be indexed and found in Google.

Additionally, after almost five years in production, the old site really needed a rehaul. We had content back from our early days in 2004 bumping up against more recent content. Some things have continued to be updated, while others have not. So, “blowing up” the site and kind of starting over was the good thing to do.

The new site is based on the Magazine Basic theme from  c.bavota.

The old site index is still available and will be for some time (though not forever). If you’re looking for part of the old site do so now before it’s too late.

Many thanks to all the Frat Pack Tribute contributors, volunteers, and fans. We hope to continue the site for a long, long time.

So, take a look. Kick the tires. Use the comments below to let us know what you think.

  4. I do not really like the new layout to be honest…the old layout was much more professional looking in my opinion.

Anything specific that you could point to? You might notice that the new design puts alot more news up front on the home page, though you do have to click through into the stories.

Yeah, I think it’s better this way. A lot more easily navigable. Good work!
