‘Despicable Me’ Trailer with Steve Carell
What if we told you about a new movie from the producer of Ice Age 2 and Horton Hears a Who? Not interested? How about if I told you about a new animated movie with the voice talents of Steve Carell, Jason Segel, Russell Brand, Will Arnett, Danny McBride, Kristen Wiig, Miranda Cosgrove, Jack McBrayer, Mindy Kaling, Jemaine Clement and Julie Andrews? Ah, I thought you’d be interested.
Carell plays Gru, the main character and villain of the film. Although details are scant (even on the official website), Gru apparently tries to steal the moon before a trio of orphan girls try to change his mind. The film is scheduled for release on July 9, 2010.
