Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill and Franco are the movie heavyweights like Ferrell, Vaughn, Stiller, Black. Segel is a tv/movie actor just like Carrell. Baruchel is entertaining and duo's well with others, like Owen or Luke do often. Martin Starr reminds me more of David Koechner how he is in almost every movie with these guys, he even had a cameo on How I Met Your Mother.
