Ferrell Teams with Carrey and SNL Presidents

Will Ferrell dusted off his George W. Bush impression for a new video on Funny or Die.com. The video features current and former Saturday Night Live cast members as a number of U.S. Presidents and the current First Lady, Michelle Obama. The video was produced in coordination with Americans for Financial Reform, a major pro-reform coalition based in Washington and is a call to action for citizens to contact their Congressional representatives to increase regulations of the financial and banking industry.
The cast includes Fred Armisen (President Obama), Maya Rudolph (Michelle Obama), Darrell Hammond (President Clinton), Dana Carvey (President G. H.W. Bush), Dan Akroyd (President Carter), Jim Carrey (President Reagan), and Chevy Chase (President Ford). The clip was directed by Ron Howard and written by Adam McKay and Al Jean.
The most famous SNL impression of President Reagan was done by the late Phil Hartman. Other SNL cast members including Joe Piscopo also performed as Reagan, but FunnyOrDie went with Carrey who is obviously a bigger star.
