New Animated Film with Owen, Woody, Luke

Variety is reporting that best buds Owen Wilson and Woody Harrelson will be lending their voices to Turkeys, a new animated film from new studio Bedrock.

The story concerns two turkeys who discover a time machine and travel back to Colonial times to prevent turkeys from being associated with Thanksgiving. Luke Wilson will also have a role in the film written by John J. Strauss (There’s Something About Mary) and directed by Ash Brannon (Toy Story 2). Peter Farrelly is Exec Producing but the film is expected to appeal to moviegoers of all ages when it is released in 2011.

Owen Wilson previously lent his voice in Cars, The Fantastic Mr. Fox, Heat Vision & Jack, along with this summer’s Marmaduke.
