First Look at All-Star Cast of ‘Bridesmaids’
Lots of familiar faces in this first look at Bridesmaids, a 2011 comedy starring Kristen Wiig and produced by Judd Apatow. The film is directed by Paul Feig from a script by Wiig and Annie Mumolo.

EW has the “first look” image featuring an all-star cast of funny females. From Left to Right: Ellie Kemper (The Office), Rose Bryne (Get Him to the Greek), Wendy LcLendon-Covey (Reno 911), Maya Rudolph (Idiocracy), and Apatow-regular Kristen Wiig (Walk Hard). The arm on the left belongs to Melissa McCarthy (she’s visible in the August 20/27 issue of EW but cropped from the online photo).
Other cast members include Jon Hamm, Nancy Walls Carell, Kali Hawk, and Andy Buckley.

hopefully this will be a good one. unfortunately it seems that female driven wedding comedies seem to be so stereotypical “chick flick”, so unrealistic, and really not that funny! this cast seems awesome, plus with apatow’s touch i think it could be even better!

I just saw the film Bridesmaids. The theatre was packed and this hilarious film was well received by all who saw the film. A great upbeat romantic comedy.
I give it 4 stars out of 5. Appatow hit a home run with this film.
