‘Horrible Bosses’ Trailer Looks the Opposite of Horrible

Charlie Day, Jason Sudekis, Jason Bateman in Horrible Bosses
Are you ready for a dark but funny ensemble farce? Horrible Bosses has it in spades, coming to theatres in July. The trailer for the film debuted today and it looks A-MAZING.
The film stars Jason Bateman, Jason Sudekis, and Charlie Day as three hapless workers who each have a horrible boss, and eventually they plot to try and kill them. The film is directed by Seth Gordon (Four Chistmases) and also stars Jennifer Aniston, Kevin Spacey, Colin Farrell, and Jamie Foxx.
The trailer gives us enough of the plot without (I think) completely spoiling this. It definitely appears that the material suits the three male leads, and provides a wonderful opportunity for Aniston, Spacey, and Farrell to chew the scenery - in a good way.
Much will be said about Aniston’s appearance in the trailer. Licking a Popsicle. And eating a banana and a hot dog. While wearing lingerie. But, as you know, we try to keep things sophisticated here so we will not be posting screencaps. That doesn’t mean, however, that we aren’t…, uh, very very interested in seeing the movie now.
Horrible Bosses is expected to come with an R-rating, and for that we say thank God. This sort of material really deserves that sort of rating and it would be a shame to see it watered down.
Synopsis
For Nick, Kurt and Dale, the only thing that would make the daily grind more tolerable would be to grind their intolerable bosses into dust. Quitting is not an option, so, with the benefit of a few-too-many drinks and some dubious advice from a hustling ex-con, the three friends devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers…permanently. There’s only one problem: even the best laid plans are only as foolproof as the brains behind them.

That looks very funny, I’m really looking forward for this one and for 30 minutes or less
This is my most anticipated comedy of the year. Hopefully it doesn’t disappoint. I have full faith in the cast, but with Seth Gordon directing I am not sure. I though Four Christmases was just god awful. Hopefully with an R rating, he can make a great film. Love Bateman and Sudeikis, but I feel Charlie Day is going to steal every scene. He is fantastic on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and its time for people to notice. Plus Aniston looks amazing and hilarious, as always. God a love that girl haha.
Interested to see Colin Farrell in this. Maybe one of his best performances came in a dark comedy, In Bruges, BUT it would be boring to see him be a hitman AGAIN.
This looks awesome. Love the cast, especially Charlie Day. All three of the bosses look like they’ll be fun characters, Aniston obviously for separate reasons than the other two. I heard they filmed a topless scene for her, just deciding whether or not to use it. So along with Wanderlust we might get a topless Jen twice! Goodness, I love Summer!
