Seth Rogen is doing press for 50/50 and addressed some common questions from fans. In an article at Movies.com, Rogen indicated that he would not be a appearing in the currently-filming Knocked Up sequel. While we’re heard reports that other costars from that film will make appearances, it appears that Rogen’s character Ben will not. This is most likely due to then not having to then include Katherine Heigl’s character into the film as well (given the bad blood between Heigl and director Judd Apatow).

In more positive news, Rogen indicated that the long-rumored Jay and Seth vs. the Apocalypse will be filming in February, with Rogen and frequent cowriter Evan Goldberg directing, and Rogen starring alongside Jay Baruchel. The project began as a short film filmed in late 2006, of which only a trailer that was made available. After shopping the project for some time, it appears the team has finally gotten the project greenlit. Rogen also noted ”It’s now much more than just Jay and Seth — there’s many other people vs. the apocalypse now. It’s gonna be crazy.”
