Luke Wilson in LMFAO's NBA Budweiser commercial

Cameos are supposed to be unexpected, and this one clearly fits the description. As a matter of fact, Luke Wilson even looks like he didn’t expect to be there. “Party Rock” hit-makers LMFAO recorded a “12 Days of Christmas” parody for Budweiser, celebrating the return of the NBA. Dallas Mavericks fan Luke Wilson briefly shows up twice, being the deadpan straight-man amidst the wacky action. For some reason (timing?) the 7th Day of the Season has been reduced to a footnote saying “Day 7 not available in all territories.”

This is Wilson’s second appearance in a commercial, following his series of 2009  AT&T ads. In better news for his career, Wilson’s Golden Globe-nominated HBO series Enlightened was renewed for a second season last week, while numerous other shows (including Bored to Death with Jason Schwartzman & Zach Galifianakis) were canceled.
