The full cast of Anchorman: The Ron Burgundy Story is reuniting in Los Angeles on November 21st for a live reading of the film. The event is a fundraiser for 826LA, a non-profit supporting creative writing programs for children. VIP Tickets are currently on sale for $500, though this seems like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

This seems like an incredible opportunity, so if you’re able to be in the Los Angeles area buy the tickets now or it will haunt you for the rest of your life. The inclusion of Jack Black and the hint of “big deal musical guests” sure seems like a Tenacious D appearance is likely. With all the other familiar faces in the cast, one wonders who might pop up for a special cameo appearance at this event, especially with “Wes Mantooth” on the poster image for the event.

Join Adam McKay and Judd Apatow on November 21, 2013 at the Broad Stage in Santa Monica for a live reading ofAnchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy! This event features Will Ferrell, Christina Applegate, Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, David Koechner, and Jack Black, plus BIG DEAL MUSICAL GUESTS. It will be hosted by Conan O’Brien. All proceeds from this event benefit 826LA’s free programs for children.

VIP Tickets include:

Admission to VIP reception with Adam McKay, Judd Apatow, and cast members
One event ticket with preferential seating
Hosted parking

  1. Mario

San Diago. Which of course in Spanish means a whale’s vagina. I don’t think anyone on stage will be able to live through this. Will Ferrell will be responsible for death by laughter of his costars.
